BEAR HUNTING
SAKHALIN
AREA: OKHA region (North of island Sakhalin).
WAY OF HUNTING: on foot; by stalking; using a snowmobile /in spring/.
TIME: April 25 to May 25, August 25 to November 15.
GROUP SIZE: 3-4 hunters per camp.
ACCOMMODATION: in the hunting lodge.
I T I N E R A R Y
Day 1 arrival in Moscow, flight to Khabarovsk (7 hrs),arrival Khabarovsk and connection for domestic flight to Okha ( 2hrs).
Day 2 arrival Okha, transfer by off-roader to the hunting ground / 6-8 hrs/.
Days 3 9 days of hunting.
Day 12 transfer to Okha, fly to Khabarovsk, overnight.
Day 13 fly to Moscow, arrival in Moscow, departure home.
P R I C E per hunter from Okha 13 days / 9 days of hunting 2x2.
US$ 9.000 / skin up to 300 cm / ( US$ 5.000 -services + US$ 4.000 -trophy fee).
US$ 10.000 / over 300 cm / ( US$ 5.000 -services + US$ 5.000 -trophy fee).
Trophy Fee is refunded if no Bear is bagged (minus 500 US$ for licence).
US$ 2.000 - trip for non-hunter.
US$ 500 deposit is to be paid in advance for every additional Big Game tag.
Non refundable ! After harvesting an animal this amount is included as part of the trophy fee.
Second bear US$ 4.000 Spring hunt.
Second bear US$ 4.000 Fall hunt.
Additional trophy:
Caribou (horns up to 8kg) US$ 2.000. Caribou (horns more than 8 kg) US$ 2.500.
Costs include:
Meeting up and drop off at the airport.
All transfers to / from the hunting ground.
All transportation in the hunting area.
Accommodation and food in the camp during hunting tour.
Service of professional guide.
All serving staff.
Trophy care and packing for shipment.
Costs exclude:
Airline ticket Moscow - Khabarovsk-Okha-Khabarovsk-Moscow.
Items of a personal nature.
Hotel and meals in Moscow or Khabarovsk.
Excess luggage payment charged by airlines.
Sightseeing program.
The cost of any extra hunting days.
Non hunter fee; Interpreter- at request.

1. US$ 200 per person per formalities package: Invitation letter for visa; firearms import/export to/from Russia.

3. Airline ticket Moscow-Khabarovsk- Okha return approx. US$ 1.250 - economy class,
US$ 1600 - business class.
4. Airline ticket Khabarovsk-Okha return approx. US$ 350.
We recommend you to bring your own: sleeping bag, field thermos, sunglasses, one pair of long and one pair of shot warm waterproof boots , mosquitos net(during Fall hunt). Hunting kit must be warm. It is very necessary for a long snowmobile driving.
